On Wednesday, some of the children from Year 5 attended a Stargazing Event at Salesian College. They were able to take part in three very exciting activities. These were learning about the solar system and designing their own planets, using telescopes to look at the night sky and taking part in a planetarium show.
The children had a great time and even spotted Jupiter in the night sky. The evening was rounded off with hot chocolate and cookies.
